Certified Nursing Assistant

Position Summary:
This position requires the Certified Nursing Assistant to be able to work on the medical surgical floor caring for a verity of patients of all ages. During your shift you will need to take direction form the Charge Nurse on duty as well as the Nurse caring for the patient and the Float Nurse when working Med/Surg. You will need to be flexible, self motivated and able to change direction to fill in where needed at any given time. You will need to be able to work as part of the Nursing Team as well as independently without constant reminders as to the assigned duties. You will need to communicate with both the staff and the patients in a friendly, caring and professional manner. Accurate vital signs including weights and I’s and O’s are a must. You must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with current WA license and a valid CPR card. Past Med/Surg and ER experience preferred.
